Rental Management – All of The Spear Group’s rental properties are managed in-house by Spear Management Group, Inc. (“SMG”). SMG is a best-in-class property management company that specializes in the management of multifamily residential housing, both market and affordable communities. The company has extensive experience in leasing and marketing, as well as overseeing major property renovations and value-add improvements. Business managers overseeing a property each have over 20 years of tenure with SMG and team members have, on average, been with SMG for 11 years.
