Paul Croteau
Business Manager
Mr. Croteau joined Spear Management group as the Autumn Woods Operations Manager in 2009 after spending many years in the construction industry. As Operations Manager, Paul’s responsibilities included all of the maintenance operations at Autumn Woods along with managing all capital projects at the Property. In April of 2019 Paul was promoted to Business Manager. Paul currently oversees operations at Autumn Woods Apartments, an affordable housing community, comprised of Tax Credit, Section 8 and market rate apartments. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University and holds many certificates including Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Asbestos Supervisor and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO).
