Karen Santiago

Karen Santiago is the Controller at The Spear Group. She brings more than a decade of accounting experience and previously served as Controller at Northrich Florida, where she led month-end close, financial reporting, job costing, and audit coordination. She has also managed accounting for construction and rental property operations and served as Senior Accountant at The Pantry of Broward. Karen holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
