David Spear

David Spear is a Principal at The Spear Group. He joined The Spear Group in 1977. David is the key executive regarding day-to-day operations of the firm and coordinates the finance, accounting, and sales functions. He manages the relationships with key partners, including banks, vendors, and consultants on each project. David has been integral to the growth and expansion of The Spear Group over many years.
He also directs the company's multifamily market-rate and affordable rental business in Florida and the New England region. He provides critical guidance regarding budgeting, capital improvement initiatives, and financing arrangements.
Lastly, David has a keen sense of the South Florida marketplace and provides important insight into site selection, financial analysis of new acquisition opportunities, and product marketability.
