Mrs. Tara Aresco joined Spear Management Group in 2020. In her role as Business Manager of Hathaway Farms Townhomes she oversees operations of Spear's market property in the heart of beautiful Northampton, MA.
Tara began her property management career at Cooridor Property Management where she fine-tuned her tremendous skills in team building, project management, leasing, design, operations and exceptional resident customer service. Under her leadership the property has continued to be at the forefront of premier housing in the community. Her eye for design and passion for people is built in her foundation as a Retail Manager and Realtor. Tara received her Associates from Holyoke Community College in Retail Management.
