Kristin Allaire
Business Manager
Mrs. Allaire joined Spear Management Group in 1998 . During her tenure Kristin has held numerous roles including, Resident Service Coordinator, Assistant Business Manager and in 2016 was promoted to Business Manager. In her role of Business Manager she oversees operations at Westbrook Pointe Apartments an Affordable Housing community, comprised of Tax Credit, Section 8 and Market rate apartments. Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts from Roger Williams University in 1995 and graduated with Honors. She received her Masters in Social work from The University of New England in 2003. She is an active member of both MREMA – Maine Real Estate Managers Association and MRSCA- Maine Resident Service Coordination Association. She currently holds the designations of Certified Occupancy Specialist and Certified Manager of Housing.
