Our company has successfully planned, executed and built seven condominium projects and fourteen planned unit developments. We are knowledgeable about the unique issues of condominium associations, as well as condominium requirements and laws in the state of Florida. Our experience ranges from dealing with condominium documents, effective design of the units and amenities and management of the association. We are adept at dealing with association issues that arise after the developer hands over control of the association.
